Chain link wire netting. This type is inexpensive. Runs in line. Opposite side force affects on sectional joints and often causes damage and distortion to these parts. Take caution against tensile strength when using. This type is suitable for transporting canned food and others, for drying and for light work.
This type is the same as BW-TYPE, but has smaller knots. The connector Rods apply straight lines without crimps. Its usage covers a wide range of applications.
One of the features is that it has high tensile strength. Usually the spiral and the Connector Rods have the same wire diameter. With heat resisting materials, it is applied to MESH BELT for high-temperature furnace.
B-TYPE
DBC-TYPE
DS-TYPE
The most prevalent one which is used. Low in overall cost. Take special caution against tensile strength when using. Suitable for general purpose use. Often used for glass making kiln. Belt width can be manufactured to 5m. As this type boasts high quality, it has the largest market share in Japan.
This type is the same as DB-TYPE, but the Connector Rods apply crimp lines. Spirals do not slip off sideways in this type.
This type is one of the SS-TYPE kind. It is formed by a pair of spirals, not a single one. It has tight knots and smooth surface. Also has high tensile strength by the Connector Rods.
H-TYPE
G-TYPE
MESH BELT for plywood
This type has a complicated structure with spiral and Connector Rods. It has the highest tensile strength and can make smallest knots.
Pitch of spirals is small in this type. Except the above mentioned, it is similar to B-TYPE. The knots are small, so the Connector Rods apply straight lines without crimps. Suitable for can making and other heavy work.
This type is the same as B-TYPE, but the spiral lies in a flat line. It can be applied to continuous dryer for plywood. With its high quality, this type has a dominating share over the Japanese market.
